Return and Refund Policy

If something doesn’t work out, you can send most items back within 10 days of delivery.

Start the return process within 10 days of receiving your item.
They have to be unused condition, with all original product  inserts and accessories.
Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 15 days of receipt of the item. (See  down below for exceptions).

Will inspect all returned items and will refund you based on the condition of the item.
We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product. We award a partial refund for opened or used products.
* You should note that this return policy does not apply to Marketplace Seller products (approved 3rd party sellers ). For their return policy, please refer to the Seller’s individual policy, or in the Distributor you have acquired the product. 

Go to the contact page and fill out the return initiation process. Fill the form with all the details of your purchase (Invoice Number, date of purchase) and follow the instructión you will receive by email.

If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we’ll make it right by:

  • Sending you replacement parts or accessories
  • Replacing the product or
  • Issue a refund
  • And we’ll also cover the cost of any return shipping
  • If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will not be applicable. The refund of the original shipping may  not be issued. In this case the client must be responsible for the cost of the shipping of the returned product.

Did you miss the 10-day return chance? Great news! You may still start a return after 10 days, but you may get a partial refund depending on…

  • Condition of the merchandise
  • Cost of the original
  • You will have to pay for the  return shipping charges.
  • If we send you a replacement item, we need to receive the original item at our warehouse within 10 days of you starting the return process. Otherwise, we will charge you full price for the replacement.

What is The Nomad Fox´s International Return Policy?

You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund of your product minus the original return shipping charges and the return shipping charges that you will have to pay. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment cost. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 10 days of delivery. We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for opened or used products. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.

Products Returned After 10 Days

Because products decrease in value over time, we offer partial refunds for items returned more than 10 days after delivery. In addition, we may reduce the refund further based on the condition of the merchandise. We also deduct the cost of shipping charges The original shipping and return shipping cost) as described in the Returns Policy.

Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error

Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received may be returned without penalty. Your shipping charges will be waived. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue you a refund. If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will not be applicable. The refund of the original shipping  and the return shipping cost may  not be issued. In this case the client must be responsible for the cost of the shipping cost of the returned product.

At this time, we are unable to process exchanges or replacements for international orders. If you wish to make an exchange or need a replacement, you must return the original item back to us and place a new order for a replacement item. For assistance, please  to contact us at info@thenomadfox.com

To initiate a return order, you must contact us within 10 days from the date your package arrives at your doorstep to create a Return Authorization.

Upon  contacting us, we will provide you with a Commercial label you will have to print and further return instructions.

  1. Print out the documentation provided by email (Commercial label and/or Return Label).
  2. Place all items being returned in one parcel.
  3. Attach the commercial label in a plastic document sleeve on the outside of our return package. This is necessary for your return to clear customs.
  4. Follow any additional instructions provided via email along with the return shipping address.

What is The Nomad Fox Refund Process?

We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. If your return is a result of an thenomadfox.com error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and original shipping charges with the same method you have paid for the product. ( a refund in your credit card).

If you return an item that was opened or shows signs of use, we will issue a partial refund of the product and deduct the shipping charges. 

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate  three or four weeks based on these factors:

  • The time required for return shipping (up to 10 days)
  • Product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days)
  • Processing from your financial institution (up to 5 business days).

You will be notified via email with the details of the refund and we will issue the refund back to the form of payment used to make the purchase.

TheNomadfox will inform you when your product stars the shipping process, Once the product is on the way, the cancellation and return process will be not possible so you will have to wait until your product arrive to your door and begin with the return and refund process.

If you proceed to cancel your product after the payment has  been authorized will  refund you by the same payment method that you have authorized in your purchase (Credit Card)

If the cancellation is made once the shipping process has started (24 hours) The cancellation cannot be made effective and you will have to start the return and refund process once the product has been delivered to you.
