Shipping
We ship to many countries in Europe, shipping takes about 3 business days in Spain and 4/5 working days to the countries we ship in Europe.

We offer free shipping to Mainland Spain and Portugal.

Due to the high cost of transport in certain regions of Spain (Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands)  and many other countries in the rest of Europe  we are in the need of not offering our products in these regions and countries. In case of demand  for these areas not included in our list  of countries we regulary ship, you can communicate directly with The Nomad Fox, to mail websales@thenomadfox.com .

We will offer you the best shipping price available and in the case you agree The Nomadf ox will be pleased to send the items you request.

The Nomad Fox products vary in weight and volumes so the shipping cost will vary depending on the characteristics thereof. We can also deliver to some other countries in the rest of the world by requests  communicating  by email: websales@thenomadfox.com

The Shipping costs will be added to your shopping cart once the required data according to location is completed. These costs are determined by transport companies with which TheNomadFox has agreements.

It is our ambition that our products reach our customers as quickly as possible  and with the least shipping costs we can get so we always work to improve them.

You have to check your data before checkout so that there is no possibility of delays.

The satisfaction of our customers is very important to us so we want to ensure that the products you have acquired is in perfect condition when you get them so we ask that you check the status of the package before accepting delivery. If  you see  visible damage,  you can take pictures and refuse the delivery. Notify us immediately so we can file a claim with the delivery company and send you a new one immediately.
